In collaboration with local farmers in Northeast Thailand, we also provide a good variety of cassava to farmers so that they produce quality cassava that is ready to be processed into flour. Processed cassava from fresh produce by farmers is immediately brought to the production site to produce a natural white colour without any bleaching process. We hope to increase the potential of cassava and also improve the welfare of local farmers.
